Dry-processed Cherbesa Sidamo from Ethiopia: Grown and harvested in a traditional farm at an altitude of 1900 feet above sea level in the Sidamo region, it was processed using the dry method, resulting in a coffee with a medium body and complex fruity acidity.

 Like this coffee, Al-Shumaisi neighborhood is distinguished as one of the first neighborhoods to emerge after the demolition of Riyadh's wall.. Its street was an important artery for traffic, shopping, and the beginnings of large restaurants.

The neighborhood was a collection of farms, and it was named Al-Shumaisi after the Al-Shammas family who owned the largest areas of farms in the southern part.

Al-Shumaisi neighborhood represented a qualitative leap for the residents of the capital to move from mud houses to modern architecture at the time, and although it has become an old neighborhood after urban expansion, it still retains its historical character with its intertwined houses and old street names.
