Your satisfaction is the cornerstone of ALMIHMAS. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read the conditions below so you know exactly how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return within [7] days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and free gifts included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Coffee beans and consumables once opened
- Cleaning chemicals, descalers and water filters once opened
- Used or installed equipment
- Clearance / final-sale items (where marked)
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return

- Our team will review your request and, if approved, share return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely (preferably in its original packaging) and send it back as instructed.
Please do not send items back before your return has been approved, as we may be unable to process them.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still need help, contact us and we'll look into it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved. If you'd like to exchange for a different model, color or size, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Warranty
Many of our machines and grinders are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. If you experience a fault covered under warranty, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue, and our team will guide you through troubleshooting, repair or servicing.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and fully refund orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it will need to be handled as a return.
