Taxes

Where applicable, VAT is included in the displayed price in accordance with UAE regulations. Your invoice will reflect the tax amount on your order.

Payment is collected in full at the time you place your order. We only ship and process orders once payment has been successfully authorized and received.

Payment Security

Our store is hosted on Shopify, and all transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card and payment information is encrypted and handled directly by the payment provider — ALMIHMAS does not store your full card details on its servers.

Order Verification

To protect against fraud, we may carry out additional verification on certain orders before they are shipped. If we need to confirm any details, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details, available balance, and that online/international payments are enabled with your bank. If the problem continues, contact your bank or reach out to us and we will be glad to help.

Cancellations & Refunds

If an order is cancelled or a refund is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method.
