Specialty coffee beans carefully roasted in C&B Roastery.

San Ignacio coffee is grown in the famous Los Santos region of Costa Rica, at an altitude of 1300 to 1400 meters above sea level, and comes from the Catuai variety known for its quality and balanced flavors.

 

This crop was processed using the natural method, where the coffee beans were placed on raised beds under the sun, with the drying process monitored four times daily to ensure even sun exposure and maintain optimal moisture levels. This meticulous care gives the crop a unique character and rich, aromatic flavors after sun-drying.

San Ignacio coffee features a full body and balanced notes of cherry, caramel, hazelnut, and cocoa, offering a complete experience for lovers of fruity and naturally sweet coffee.

First pour: 40ml

Second pour: 100ml

Third pour: 100ml

Fourth pour: 48ml water.

☕ Cold Drip Recipe (Ice Drip):

20g coffee | 300ml water (150ml hot water + 150g ice)
